Lucknow,
14 May (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party State President and Union Minister of State
for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary appealed to party officials, workers, MPs, MLAs,
all public representatives, farmers, private institutions and the people of the
state, saying that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India
is rapidly progressing on the path of self-reliance, national interest and
public participation. Amidst the current global situation and economic
challenges, it is our responsibility to keep national interest paramount and
adopt simplicity, thrift and the spirit of Swadeshi in our behavior and
lifestyle.
The
State BJP President urged the people of the state to convert Prime Minister
Narendra Modi's call into a mass movement and resolve to make changes in their
daily lives as per the Prime Minister's call.
Pankaj
Chaudhary stated that this is not just an appeal, but rather our collective
responsibility for a safe future for future generations. He urged us to use
petrol and diesel only as needed and promote public transport, carpooling, and
electric vehicles. Adopting the mantra of Vocal for Local,
prioritize indigenous and Indian-made products. Avoid unnecessary foreign
travel and wasteful spending, and contribute to strengthening the country's
economy.
Chaudhary
urged farmers to promote natural farming in the national interest and reduce
their dependence on chemical fertilizers. He appealed to the public to use
edible oils and other resources judiciously to reduce the country's dependence
on imports.
