Bhubaneswar, 12 May (H.S.): Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday extended his heartfelt congratulations to Himanta Biswa Sarma on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Assam for a new term.

In a message shared on social media, the Odisha Chief Minister conveyed his best wishes to Himanta Biswa Sarma and expressed confidence that Assam would continue to achieve greater progress and prosperity under his leadership.

Majhi also praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that Assam’s development journey would gain further momentum under his visionary guidance.

“Heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma Ji on taking oath as the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam. I am confident that under your leadership, and with the visionary guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Assam will continue its journey of progress, prosperity and inclusive development,” the Chief Minister said in his post.

He further expressed hope that the new tenure of the Assam Chief Minister would bring greater opportunities, stronger governance and long-term benefits for the people of the state.
