
Bhubaneswar, 12 May (H.S.): Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday extended their greetings to nurses on the occasion of International Nurses Day, praising their selfless service, compassion and dedication towards humanity.
In a social media post, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi said nurses truly embody the spirit of “Seva Parmo Dharma” through their compassionate care and tireless commitment to society. He lauded their invaluable contribution to the healthcare system and acknowledged their role in serving patients with dedication even in challenging circumstances.
Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik also paid tribute to nurses for their unwavering commitment and humanitarian service. Describing them as “angels of compassion,” he said their healing touch saves countless lives and helps keep communities healthy.
Both leaders expressed gratitude towards the nursing fraternity and called for honoring their invaluable contribution to society on International Nurses Day.
