On World Health Day (April 7), Vice President CP Radhakrishnan, Home Minister Amit Shah, and several other leaders extended warm wishes to citizens on Tuesday. Radhakrishnan posted on X that good health forms the foundation of a happy, productive, and prosperous society.

He urged recommitting to preventive healthcare, balanced lifestyles, and equitable access to quality medical services for all. Radhakrishnan praised healthcare workers' tireless dedication, wishing everyone good health and prosperity.

Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized that good health is a choice maintained through proper care. He called for collective commitment to building a healthy, strong society via adequate care, healthy eating habits, and regular exercise.

Union Minister Giriraj Singh echoed the call for balanced diets, yoga, exercise, and spreading health awareness. BJP National Coordinator Nitin Nain highlighted PM Modi's visionary leadership strengthening healthcare systems and promoting balanced lifestyles for a resilient India.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Aditynath invoked the Sanskrit shloka Shariramadyam khalu dharmasadhnam, stating a healthy mind, brain, and body are essential for a prosperous nation.
