6 April (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured the people who came to
Janta Darshan seeking financial assistance for the treatment of serious
illnesses that they should obtain an estimate from the upgraded hospital and
the government would provide substantial financial assistance for the treatment
expenses. CM Yogi also directed the officers to expedite the process of
obtaining estimates for those who require financial assistance for treatment
and make them available to the government. Adequate assistance will be provided
to every needy person from the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund.
Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath met approximately 200 people during a public audience
held at the Gorakhnath Temple on Monday morning. He listened to the problems of
the people seated on chairs in the auditorium of the temple complex's Mahant
Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan, and handed over their applications to the concerned
officials, assuring them of resolution. He assured everyone that there was no
need to worry or panic. Every problem would be effectively addressed.
In
Janta Darshan, the Chief Minister directed the officials to adopt a sensitive
attitude towards every victim and to satisfy him by solving his problem. There
should not be any kind of negligence in this. The Chief Minister also
instructed the officials that if any eligible person is deprived of the
benefits of the welfare schemes of the government, then he should be provided
the benefits of the schemes immediately. The Chief Minister told a woman who
had come with a request for financial assistance for the treatment of her
family member suffering from cancer, that she should get the estimate after
getting the patient examined in an upgraded government hospital. Full help will
be provided in the treatment.
Arrangements
will be made for the school fees of a needy girl: During Janta Darshan, a girl
told the Chief Minister about the difficulties in paying her school fees due to
her family's poor financial condition. Showing immediate sensitivity to this,
CM Yogi directed the officials to make arrangements for the girl's school fees.
In the same sequence, the Chief Minister also directed the officials to provide
pension and other benefits to a needy woman from Siddharthnagar.
