Dalgaon, 06 April (HS): All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal on Monday asserted that the Congress would be “finished” in the ongoing Assam Assembly elections, expressing strong confidence in his party’s prospects.

Addressing an election campaign rally in Dalgaon, Ajmal said that the AIUDF is set to emerge victorious in the constituency. He went a step further by inviting the people of Dalgaon to attend a “victory celebration” even before the results are declared, signaling his confidence in the outcome.

Ajmal urged voters to extend their support to AIUDF candidates, claiming that the party represents the aspirations of the people. His remarks come amid intensified campaigning across the state ahead of the crucial polls.
