Gorakhpur,
6 April (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that since the Jan Sangh era,
BJP workers have lived solely for society and the country. Their lives are
dedicated to the spirit of nation first and the fulfillment of this resolve. By
advancing the principles, values, and ideals of its founders and through the
dedication of its workers, the BJP has today established itself as the largest
political party not only in the country but also in the world. Chief Minister
Yogi was addressing the Bharatiya Janata Party's 47th foundation day
celebrations at the Mansarovar Ramlila Maidan on Monday. Encouraging and
inspiring party workers, the Chief Minister said that every patriot should join
the BJP to advance India's development journey forever. The party's founders
have inspired us to dedicate our lives to the collective, not the individual,
and to the nation rather than the individual.
Dr.
Mukherjee raised his voice against the separatist thinking of the Congress: Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath said that in 1951, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee began
his political journey as the first president of the Jan Sangh/BJP. At that
time, he placed the country's integrity before everyone. The Chief Minister
said that the Congress-led government had begun betraying the nation since
independence. This betrayal was evident at every level. A permit system was
implemented within the country, granting Jammu and Kashmir a separate status.
People from the rest of India would have to obtain permits to travel there.
This system was also implemented in some areas of the northeastern states. It
was then that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee first raised his voice against this
separatist thinking of the Congress party. He gave the slogan, Two Prime
Ministers, Two Flags, Two Constitutions in One Country Will Not Work. Dr.
Shyama Prasad Mukherjee sacrificed himself for this cause. The Chief Minister
also remembered Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, who was a thinker of Indian
politics, who gave a new vision of Antyodaya to the people at the
bottom of society.
Vajpayee
ji brought stability to Indian politics: CM Yogi said that the Bharatiya Janata
Party was formed under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee on April 6, 1980.
The circumstances were adverse at the time, but even in those adverse
circumstances, there was a resolve to not allow anyone to attack the soul of
India. He said that there is no such example anywhere in the world where a
party was formed and gained power in the country within just 16 years of its
formation. It is the result of the unwavering devotion of the people of the
country that the values and ideals on which the Bharatiya Janata Party was
formed, which embody the spirit of nation-firstness, were embraced by the
people of the country. The Chief Minister said that as Prime Minister, Atal
Bihari Vajpayee, realizing the dreams of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, advocated
for Antyodaya (the ideal of the future), and worked to bring stability to
Indian politics. He spearheaded the campaign to bring development to every section
of society without discrimination, which was appreciated by the country and the
world.
People
have faith in the miraculous leadership of PM Modi: CM Yogi said that India's
sunrise came in 2014 when Narendra Modi, the then Chief Minister of Gujarat,
took the oath of office as Prime Minister. A new resolve resonated not only in
the country but throughout the world. A new glow was visible on everyone's
face. That glow wasn't without reason. They had faith in Modi's miraculous
leadership. They were convinced that Modi had arrived and would definitely do
something new. And Modi has delivered. PM Modi has fulfilled Pandit Deendayal
Upadhyay's dream of Antyodaya, as well as Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee's vision
of one country, one flag, and one constitution. By abolishing Article 370 in
Kashmir, he implemented the Indian Constitution there as well. He provided the
poor with the benefits of numerous schemes, including ration, housing, and
health care. He made farmers prosperous and provided employment to the youth.
This was possible because a worker steeped in the values and principles of
the Bharatiya Jana Sangh and the Bharatiya Janata Party is faithfully
discharging his responsibilities as Prime Minister of India.
Atal-Advani's
resolution came true in the form of Ram Mandir: CM Yogi said that the
resolution taken by the BJP under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and
Lal Krishna Advani, We will come to Ram Lalla, and we will build the
temple there, has now been realized in Ayodhya under the leadership of
the double-engine government. This temple is the national temple.
Whatever
he said, he did it: The Chief Minister said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has
delivered on its promises. There is no difference between the BJP's words and
actions. There is no difference between its conduct and its thoughts. From
north to south, from east to west, the party has advanced the concept of 'One
India, Best India'. With the sentiment of 'May your glory live forever, Mother,
whether we live for a few days or not,' the party that has successfully carried
forward this journey is the Bharatiya Janata Party.
The
bigger the organization, the greater the challenges: CM Yogi said that the BJP
has faced many difficulties in its journey. It has fought the Emergency and
responded to political conspiracies. The BJP's journey is moving forward
without stopping, without wavering, without bowing. He cautioned the workers
that the larger the organization, the greater the challenges. As India
progresses, its enemies will not be able to accept it. They will launch
propaganda and hatch all kinds of conspiracies. Regardless of all this, we must
continue this journey unitedly.
Information
was also given about the programmes to be held till Ambedkar Jayanti: In his
address, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also detailed the programs to be held
on the occasion of the BJP's foundation day, the birth anniversary of
Constitution-maker Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, through April 14th. He
stated that a special cleanliness drive will be conducted at the booth level on
April 13th around Babasaheb Ambedkar's statues and in memorial parks. This will
be followed by a large flower-offering program on April 14th. This will be a
major event dedicated to the establishment of social justice. The Chief
Minister stated that the government has decided to install umbrellas over
statues of Babasaheb Ambedkar throughout the state. The government is also
undertaking the construction of boundary walls and beautification of parks
where his statues are installed. He will launch that program as well.
Additionally, beautification programs will be implemented wherever statues of
Sadguru Ravidas Ji Maharaj and Maharishi Valmiki, the author of the Ramayana,
are located.
Nation
first is the top priority for PM Modi and CM Modi: Ravi Kishan - On this
occasion, MP Ravi Kishan Shukla said that every BJP worker wants a strong
nation. For him, Sanatan Dharma and the safety of sisters and daughters are
paramount. This work is being done very well under the leadership of Prime
Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He said that in the
vision of PM Modi and CM Yogi, 'Nation First' is the top priority. They have
nothing of their own, everything is for the nation. At the foundation day
celebration, BJP State Vice President Dr. Dharmendra Singh said that all the
dreams of the founders and workers of Jan Sangh have been fulfilled under the
leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the country and Chief Minister
Yogi Adityanath in Uttar Pradesh. The welcome address was given by BJP
Metropolitan Coordinator Rajesh Gupta.
On
this occasion, Mayor Dr. Manglesh Shrivastava, MLA Fateh Bahadur Singh, Rajesh
