Guwahati, 23 April (HS): Basistha Police have arrested two notorious snatchers, identified as Rahmat Ali and Rajiv Kalita, during a targeted operation in the area.

According to police sources, the duo was involved in multiple incidents of mobile phone snatching. Acting on specific inputs, the police launched an operation and successfully apprehended both accused.

During the operation, two stolen mobile phones were recovered from their possession. Further investigation is underway to ascertain their involvement in other criminal activities in the region.-----------
