Guwahati, 23 April (HS): The hearing on the bail application of Shyamkanu Mahanta, the prime accused in the Zubeen Garg murder case, has been completed on Thursday at a fast-track court, with the court reserving its order.

According to court proceedings, the detailed hearing concluded today after arguments from both sides were presented before the fast-track court. The matter had remained incomplete during the previous hearing and was taken up again for final arguments.

The court has now fixed April 30 for pronouncement of the order on the bail plea. The outcome is expected to be crucial in the ongoing investigation and legal proceedings related to the case.------------
