Moradabad, April 16 (HS): As part of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act

campaign, a grand and historic town hall event was organized on Thursday in the

Panchayat Bhawan auditorium in Civil Lines under the auspices of the BJP

Moradabad Metropolitan. Chief guest, Secondary Education Minister Gulab Devi,

said that the Nari Shakti Vandan Act is a historic and revolutionary step

towards empowering the country's women, ensuring their self-reliance and

participation in the decision-making process.

Gulab Devi said that under the visionary leadership of Prime

Minister Narendra Modi, continuous efforts are being made to provide respect,

rights, and opportunities to the women of the country. This Act is not just a

law, but a guarantee of women's self-respect, self-esteem, and a bright future.

She called on all women to step forward and play an active role in

nation-building and widely support this historic initiative.

The program was chaired by Alpana Ritesh Gupta, Metropolitan

Coordinator of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. Alpana Ritesh Gupta said that this Act

marks the beginning of a new era of women's empowerment, providing women with

new direction and opportunities in society and politics. The program was

conducted by yoga instructor Ritu Narang.

Present at the event were BJP Mahila Morcha State Vice

President Priya Agarwal, BJP Western Region Regional Minister Harjinder Kaur,

Dr. Premwati Upadhyay, BJP Metropolitan President Girish Bhandula, District

Panchayat President Dr. Shefali Singh, Sneh Project Director Shikha Gupta,

women entrepreneur Nancy Agarwal, women entrepreneur Payal Rastogi, senior

doctor Dr. Neetu Rastogi, Veena Arora and many other dignitaries.
