New Delhi, 14 April (H.S.):

On the 135th birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, and several other leaders visited Prerna Sthal in the Parliament complex on Tuesday and offered floral tributes to him. The official ceremony was attended by several Union ministers, Members of Parliament, and other dignitaries.

Prime Minister Modi said that Babasaheb’s efforts toward nation-building were deeply inspiring. He added that Ambedkar’s life and work continue to guide generations toward the creation of a just and progressive society.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was born on April 14, 1891. He was the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, a renowned jurist, and a social reformer who fought tirelessly for the rights of marginalized communities.
