Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted an on-site inspection on Sunday of the arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposed program scheduled for April 14. He meticulously reviewed facilities at Jaswant Ground in Garhi Cantt and the road route extending to Maa Dat Kali Temple.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister assessed preparations for security, traffic management, parking, drinking water supply, electricity, sanitation, and other essential amenities. He directed officials to ensure all arrangements are executed punctually and to the highest standards, preventing any inconvenience to the public. Emphasizing watertight security protocols and seamless coordination among all agencies, he also instructed the formulation of a streamlined traffic management plan alongside prompt availability of emergency services.

At Jaswant Ground, he scrutinized the stage, spectator galleries, and ancillary setups, underscoring the need to complete preparations befitting the event's dignity, with priority on cleanliness and aesthetic enhancements.

The Chief Minister visited Maa Dat Kali Temple, offered prayers, and sought blessings for the state's prosperity and the program's success. He described the occasion as profoundly significant for Uttarakhand.

Among those present were Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, Secretary Shailesh Bagauli, Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey, IG Garhwal Rajiv Swaroop, District Magistrate Savin Bansal, Additional Secretary Banshidhar Tiwari, SSP Dehradun Pramendra Dobhal, and officials from various departments.
