
Dehradun, April 12 (H.S.) — Exciting matches were witnessed on Sunday in the Secretariat Super League. In the first match, Secretariat Hurricane defeated the Lions team by 103 runs. In the second match, Panther beat Rising team by 187 runs.
In today’s match between Secretariat Hurricane and Lions, Hurricane won the toss and opted to bat first. They posted a massive total of 206 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Divakar Pant scored an impressive 75 runs, while Ravi Ranswal contributed 35 runs. Chasing a target of 207, the Lions team was bowled out for just 103 runs in 13.3 overs. Raj Kumar Pathak (29 runs) and Sandeep Singh (23 runs) were the only notable contributors. For Hurricane, Ashish Rawat and Omish Kumar picked up 4 wickets each. Hurricane won the match by 103 runs, and Ashish Rawat was named Player of the Match.
In the second match, Panther faced Rising. Batting first, Panther scored a huge 275 runs for the loss of just 1 wicket. Pramod Negi played a शानदार innings of 175 runs, while Amit Negi added 76 runs. In reply, the Rising team was all out for 88 runs, with Shubham being the top scorer with 22 runs. For Panther, Jitendra Singh took 3 wickets and Vikas claimed 2 wickets.
