Jammu, 04 March (H.S.): A woman pillion rider died when she fell from a moving Scooty near MH Road Udhampur, here today.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Sharma (43), wife of Radha Krishan, resident of Kotli Bala A/P Housing Colony Udhampur. She fell from the moving Scooty and sustained fatal head injury.

She was rushed to District Hospital Udhampur where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment. After completion of all the formalities and post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family members. Police have taken cognizance of the accident.
