Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Gujarat today kicking off at 10am with the opening of the Samrat Samprati Museum at Koba Tirth in Gandhinagar for Mahavir Jayanti followed by public addresses.
At 12: 45pm he will unveil the Kaynes Semicon plant in Ahmedabad's Sanand GIDC India's second commercial semiconductor facility after Micron producing advanced intelligent power modules for automotive and industrial use at full capacity of 633 million units daily under the India Semiconductor Mission.
Massive Infrastructure Blitz in Vav-Tharad
Later around 4pm in Vav-Tharad PM Modi will lay foundation stones inaugurates and dedicates projects worth over 20000 crore rupees spanning power rail roads health urban tribal and rural development.
Highlights include the 5100 crore Ahmedabad-Dholera expressway boosting connectivity to Dholera SIR Idar-Badoli bypass NH-754K Dholavira-Rav-Mowana-Vav-Santalpur upgrade flyovers at Bhaiijipura and PDP-U junctions on Gandhinagar-Koba-Airport road Khawda Pooling Station-2 with 45 GW renewable transmission lines and rail doublings plus quadruple tracking.
Other launches cover 5300 crore in 44 urban projects rain shelters at civil hospitals light-and-sound shows at Rani ki Vav and Sharmishtha Lake Sabarmati Riverfront extensions water pipelines serving 15 lakh people tribal hostels and tourism infrastructure.
