
New Delhi, 30 March (H.S.):
The Patiala House Court on Monday extended the judicial remand of Tufail Ahmad Bhat and Zamir Ahmad Ahangar arrested in the November 10 2025 Red Fort car bomb blast that killed 15 people and wounded about two dozen by another 30 days.
Both were produced as their prior custody ended with the court having granted NIA 45 more days for probe on March 27 following a February 13 extension.
Jammu and Kashmir Police brought the duo to Delhi on production warrants February 25 NIA said adding Zamir got rifles pistols and live rounds from Umar Un Nabi Mufti Irfan and Dr Adil Ahmad Rather linked to terror group Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind.
NIA charges Umar Un Nabi who died at the scene masterminded the i-10 car explosion outside the historic fort registered to Amir Rashid Ali using ammonium nitrate fuel oil.
