New Delhi, 21 March (H.S.): Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said Saturday that young achievers who cracked the UPSC Civil Services Exam have elevated the capital's prestige through their hard work and determination. She was felicitating successful candidates at the Delhi ke Gaurav - UPSC Achievers Felicitation Ceremony 2026 held at Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Sadan.
