New Delhi, 12 March (H.S.): The Supreme Court approved bail for Pawan Bishnoi and Jagtar Singh, accused in the 2022 murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, with a bench led by Justice Vikram Nath issuing the order.Moosewala (Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu) was gunned down on May 29, 2022, in Punjab's Mansa district.

Bishnoi allegedly supplied vehicles to the hitmen, receiving 41 calls from co-accused, though he claimed weapons came from others; a chargesheet named him despite this. Singh, his neighbor, faces similar conspiracy charges; Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, of the Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility post-killing.
