(HS): Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Nand Gopal
Gupta Nandi, who reached Prayagraj after returning from a four-day visit to
Singapore and Japan under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with
the aim of strengthening Uttar Pradesh on the global map, making the state a
one trillion dollar economy and establishing the state as a global investment
destination, was welcomed and greeted by Bharatiya Janata Party officials,
workers, businessmen, entrepreneurs as well as supporters at his Bahadurganj
residence on Sunday. Minister Nandi, along with former Mayor of Prayagraj, Abhilasha
Gupta Nandi, expressed his gratitude to everyone.
Minister Nandi said that this visit to Singapore
and Japan proves that India and Uttar Pradesh have a very positive image
globally. Transparent policies, improved law and order, and robust infrastructure
have increased investor confidence. MoUs worth Rs. 1.5 lakh crore and
investment proposals worth Rs. 2.5 lakh crore in Singapore and Japan are proof
that Uttar Pradesh has now established a strong presence on the global
investment map. This visit will prove to be a decisive and historic step
towards making the state a one trillion dollar economy.
Minister Nandi stated that this visit will open up
new possibilities for foreign investment in the state and accelerate the
state's goal of achieving a $1 trillion economy. He said that our double-engine
government is committed to developing Uttar Pradesh as a future-ready
industrial and economic hub. Expressway networks, multimodal logistics parks,
defense corridors, data center parks, and new industrial cities are rapidly
developing in the state.
Minister Nandi said that Uttar Pradesh, once known
for riots and curfews, has now become a hub of development, investment, faith,
industrial progress, and global trust. Today's Uttar Pradesh is no longer a
state of riots. By effectively implementing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's
vision on the ground, Uttar Pradesh has presented an inspiring and balanced
example of heritage and development.
