TVK Chief Vijay Declares Unbreakable Bond With People Of Tamil Nadu

Chennai, 23 February (H.S.) : Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay intensified his political attack on the ruling DMK during a massive public rally in Vellore today, labeling the state administration as a stand-up comedy government.

Addressing a large gathering, the actor-turned-politician claimed that the current government is running a fake model of administration that has failed to provide basic safety and infrastructure to the people. Emphasizing his deep connection with the state, Vijay declared, Tamil Nadu is Vijay, and Vijay is Tamil Nadu, asserting that he represents the voice and aspirations of the common citizens against systemic corruption.

The TVK leader challenged the DMK's governance record, specifically criticizing the lack of essential facilities like hospitals and bus services in several rural and hill villages. He further mocked the government's Be Safe Model, stating that it has instead become a We Are Not Safe Model for the women and children of the state.

Vijay maintained that the upcoming Assembly election is a historic opportunity for a miracle change, framing the contest as a direct battle between the people of Tamil Nadu and the corrupt elements of the current regime. He dared rival politicians to publicly disclose their asset details to prove their financial integrity before the public.

Latest updates from the political arena indicate that Vijay's flesh and blood rhetoric aims to consolidate a significant voter base ahead of the polls. He urged his supporters to remain loyal to the party’s whistle symbol and promised that, once elected, he would personally visit every district to address the grievances of the people.

While other political alliances are forming in the state, Vijay reiterated that the primary competition remains between the TVK and the DMK. The rally has sent a strong signal to the incumbent government, as the TVK chief vowed to replace fake promises with a transparent and accountable administration.
