Guwahati, 20 February (HS): The Statehood Day of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh will be celebrated on Friday by Assam Lok Bhawan in the presence of Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya.

The programme will commence at the GMCH auditorium in Guwahati. The Governor will attend the event as the chief guest.

The celebration is being organised to commemorate the formation day of the two northeastern states, highlighting their historical journey and contributions to the region and the nation.-----------
