Guwahati, 20 February (HS): Lok Bhawan, Assam will organise Essay, Elocution and Poster Making competitions on the theme “Viksit Bharat & Youth” on February 21 as part of Seva Sankalp Saptah 2026, in association with the NSS Cell of Gauhati University.

The award distribution ceremony will be held at 12:45 PM at the Phanidhar Datta Seminar Hall of Gauhati University in the gracious presence of the Governor of Assam, Lakshman Prasad Acharya.---------
