Lucknow,
19 Feb (HS): In the murder that took place 6 days ago in the Jahanganj police
station area, the son turned out to be the murderer of his father. The police
arrested him on Thursday for the murder of his father. Additional
Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar said that Nekse, a resident of village
Behta of Jahanganj police station, was murdered on February 13 while digging
potatoes in the field. In this case, his son Aman Kumar had filed a report
against unknown persons. After investigation, the police station arrested Aman
Kumar, son of the deceased Sunil alias Nekse. On the indication of Aman Kumar,
the police recovered a stick used in the murder from the forest on the banks of
Kali river.
Upon
questioning, Aman told the police that his father, Sunil Kumar, lived separately
from his mother and me, with his uncle, Anil Kumar. He ate from him and
cultivated his crops, and gave whatever he produced to his uncle. He suspected
that his father would transfer his share of the land to his uncle and cousin.
He would not do anything for my mother or me. People had come to see me for my
wedding, and my father had told them that he had no relationship with this boy.
On February 13th, he arrived at the farm on his motorcycle before his father
left. While he was digging potatoes, I killed him by hitting him on the head
from behind with a stick. After this, I threw the stick in the forest on the
banks of the Kali River.
