Bhubaneswar, 18 January (H.S.): The Odisha government has announced a revised date for the disbursement of financial assistance under the Subhadra Yojana. The aid for newly added beneficiaries will now be released on January 22, instead of the earlier scheduled date of January 18.

Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida confirmed the change, stating that the financial assistance under the BJP government’s flagship welfare programme will be credited to eligible beneficiaries on the new date.

A total of 1,78,398 new beneficiaries across the state are set to receive the assistance under the scheme.

The Deputy Chief Minister’s Office shared the update on social media platform X, saying, “The Subhadra Yojana assistance amount will be provided to the newly added beneficiaries on January 22 instead of January 18.”
