11 Jan (HS): District in-charge Minister Ashish Patel on Sunday addressed the
Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of the voter list. He also discussed
Developed India – G-Ram-G in the Circuit House auditorium, followed
by a press conference on SIR, political alliances, and other contemporary
issues. Regarding the SIR process, he stated that the Election Commission is
addressing name-related issues at its level and urged political parties' BLAs to
work with full force.
Regarding the reasons for deletion, the minister stated
that some voters are permanently shifted or have died. If there are any other
issues, Form-6 is an option available, which should be utilized. When asked
about alliances for the 2027 assembly elections, Ashish Patel stated that Apna
Dal is with the NDA.
