Guwahati, 04 August (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma extended heartfelt greetings to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Shravan Monday. Taking to social media, the CM wrote, “Today marks another holy Monday of the sacred month of Shravan. My best wishes to everyone on this spiritually significant day. I pray at the feet of Mahadev for happiness, prosperity and well-being in everyone’s life.”

Concluding his message with the chant Har Har Mahadev, the Chief Minister expressed his devotion to Lord Shiva.

On this occasion, devotees thronged Shiva temples across the state, offering prayers and participating in rituals with deep faith and devotion.
