Orai, 03 Aug (HS):Jal Shakti Minister

Swatantra Dev Singh in the Uttar Pradesh government will conduct an aerial

survey of the flood-affected areas of Kalpi, Jalaun and Madhogarh tehsils of

Jalaun district on Sunday. As per the scheduled programme, Jal Shakti will land

at the helipad located at Police Line Orai at 11:15 am. At 11:20 am, he will

leave for the flood-affected areas via Bangra and Rampura by road.

At around

12:10 pm, the minister will reach village Kanjhosa of Madhogarh tehsil. Here he

will conduct a field inspection. He will also distribute relief material to the

flood victims and establish communication with the villagers. During this, he

will also review the flood situation by holding a meeting with the district

officials. As per the programme, the Jal Shakti Minister will leave from

Kanjhosa at 1 pm. The district administration has completed the preparations

for the tour.
