Adityanath talks in Kashi, emphasizing development projects worth over Rs
16,000 crore and releasing a fresh package of Rs 2,200 crore. These efforts include connection, water
supply, education, health, and sports. The CM observes a dramatic shift for
farmers over the last 11 years, adding that they were formerly forced to
commit suicide.
The 20th payment
of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi is being distributed to 10 crore
farmers as part of a statewide campaign led by Kashi, with 2.3 crore coming
from Uttar Pradesh. The event also
entails the delivery of assistive gadgets to 'divyaang jano' (those with
disabilities) to instill hope and excitement. Adityanath greets the Prime
Minister and congratulates the 2,21,000 farmers in Kashi who would benefit from
the move.
