(HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in his parliamentary
constituency Varanasi on Saturday shortly. This is the 51st Kashi visit of
Prime Minister Modi, about which there is tremendous enthusiasm in the entire
district. The Prime Minister will stay in Kashi for about three hours. During
this time, he will address a huge public meeting in Banauli village of Sevapuri
block. In the meeting, he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate 52
development projects worth about Rs 2200 crore. In the meeting itself, the
Prime Minister will release the 20th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi of Rs
20,500 crore online in the accounts of nine crore 70 lakh farmers. To
participate in the Prime Minister's meeting, the Chief Minister of the state
Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, BJP State President
Bhupendra Chaudhary arrived in the city a day earlier. All the leaders, led by
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, have reached Lal Bahadur Shastri International
Airport in Babatpur to give a grand welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On
the other hand, BJP workers and citizens have started leaving in various
private vehicles to attend the Prime Minister's public meeting, dancing to the
beats of drums amidst the rain showers. Excited workers started gathering in
their respective mandals under the leadership of officials since morning.
BJP Kashi region
president and other officials have claimed that 50,000 people will attend the
Prime Minister's public meeting. To welcome the Prime Minister, BJP banners,
flags, and cutouts of Prime Minister Modi have been put up on the roads and
intersections from the city to the public meeting venue. To attend the proposed
public meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP workers and officers have
divided the arrangements for the public meeting into 17 departments, which
include stage arrangements, numbers, control, seating plan, vehicles and
parking, security, water arrangements, media coordination etc. The public
meeting venue has been divided into 20 blocks.
