Ahmedabad, July 23 (H.S.): Gujarat ATS has successfully disrupted a significant terrorist plot involving an Al-Qaeda module by arresting four suspects: Mohammad Tariq, Saifullah Qureshi, Mohammad Fardeen, and another individual. The arrested terrorists, aged 20 to 25, were apprehended in Delhi, Noida, and Gujarat and were planning large-scale attacks in India.
Ongoing interrogations focus on their operational connections, and information about additional associates is being collected. The suspects had linked through social media and participated in active discussions related to Gujarat. In-depth questioning is underway to uncover further details about their conspiracy and affiliations.
