Amethi,
04 June (HS): On Wednesday morning, the body of a young man was found in an
empty cattle shed near his house under Sangrampur police station area in the
district. The deceased had slept on the roof of the house last night. The hands
and legs of the deceased were found tied with rope and he was murdered by
slitting his throat. The police have taken the body into custody and started legal
proceedings while collecting evidence with forensics.
Police
Circle Officer Manoj Kumar Mishra said that the body of Sagar Kori (23), son of
Siddharth Kori, a resident of Pure Rama Chauhan Majra Punnpur village under
Sangrampur police station area, was found this morning in the closed animal
husbandry house of Ravindra Singh, 100 meters away from the house. The hands
and legs of the deceased were tied with rope. He was murdered by slitting his
throat. In the investigation, injury marks and fractures were found at many
places on his body. But the biggest thing is that there is no trace of blood at
the place where the body was found. This makes it clear that the youth was
murdered somewhere else and the body was thrown there. The place where the body
was found has been closed for 15 years.
CO
said that during interrogation, the family members told that the son had gone
to sleep on the roof of the house last evening. This morning he had to take his
mother along for treatment. In the morning when the family members went to the
roof, son Sagar was not found there. When the family members searched, his
blood-stained body was found in a closed place located some distance away. The
family members have said that they had no enmity with anyone. In such a
situation, the needle of suspicion is pointing towards a love affair. At present,
police force has been deployed in the village. The local police station has
taken the body in its possession and sent it for post-mortem after filling the
Panchayatnama. No complaint has been given by the family yet. Further action
will be taken on the basis of the complaint received from the family members of
the deceased.
