a grand Kalash Yatra from Dashaswamedh Ghat on Wednesday, on the community's

Vanshpati Day Mahesh Navami. Women and men participated in the Kalash Yatra in

people of Maheshwari community reached the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple from

Dashaswamedh Ghat via Godaulia, Bansfatak and Kotwalpura, where everyone

performed the Abhishek of Baba's holy Jyotirlinga. By performing Jalabhishek of

Shri Kashi Vishwanath, people wished for prosperity in the society and the

country. The state's Ayush Minister Dr. Dayashankar Mishra 'Dayalu' also

participated in the Kalash Yatra with full enthusiasm.

As

per the pre-determined program, first of all, at Dashashwamedh Ghat, under the

supervision of Brahmins, the people of the society placed Ganga water, milk and

flowers in a Kalash and praised Lord Mahesh. After this, Har-Har Mahadev, Om

Namah Shivay, Har-Har Bam-Bam were chanted.
