


New Delhi/Vizag, 20 June (H.S.): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu expressed his joy and gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for gracing the 11th International Yoga Day celebrations on June 21st at RK Beach in Vizag.
Naidu mentioned that the event will witness participation from over two crore people across one lakh-plus locations in Andhra Pradesh, making it a historic movement for health and unity.
He further added that PM Modi's presence will add significance to the event, which has been named 'Yogandhra2025'. The CM also urged all citizens of the state to join in and make the event a memorable one.
On Saturday, PM Modi will participate in a 26-km-long corridor from RK Beach to Bhogapuram, where over 3 lakh people can perform yoga simultaneously.
In preparation for the event, IT Minister Nara Lokesh inspected a yoga drill involving thousands of tribal students at Andhra University Engineering college ground, with Vedic chants adding to the spiritual ambiance. The CM's appeal to participate in large numbers reflects the state's enthusiasm and commitment towards promoting the physical and mental well-being of its citizens through yoga.
