Lucknow, 12 June (HS): A minor girl
was molested and thrown down from the second floor in the Lalpur area of BBD
police station area. In this deadly attack, the girl suffered spinal injury and
has been admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. A case has been registered
against UP Police constable Mukesh Yadav, who is accused of molesting the girl.
The girl's mother has filed a
complaint in BBD police station and registered a case. In this regard, BBD
police station inspector Ram Singh said that the victim girl used to go to meet
the constable's wife. The girl is a class nine student, a minor. The girl has
been molested whenever she visits the constable's house. Constable Mukesh has
been molesting her whenever he gets a chance.
He told reporters that yesterday
constable Mukesh molested the girl once again. When the girl protested, the
constable's wife and his brother came there. The constable's wife and his
brother together started abusing the girl. During this, all three together
threw her down. The girl fell unconscious after falling from the second floor
of constable Mukesh's house in Lalpur area. She was brought to Lohia Hospital,
where she is undergoing treatment.
He said that considering the
seriousness of the matter, on the complaint of the girl's mother, a case has
been registered against the accused constable Mukesh Yadav, his wife and his
wife's brother under the murderous attack, molestation and POCSO Act and
further action has been initiated. Prima facie, constable Mukesh has been found
to be the main accused and has also been arrested.
