Guwahati, 31 May (HS): The Guwahati Metropolitan Traffic Police has arrested 6 youths for performing stunts on two cars. Police on Saturday said that a team of Guwahati Traffic has arrested the six people for performing dangerous stunts on a moving car on the elevated corridor bridge near Brahmaputra.

This act poses a serious threat to public safety. After the video went viral on social media, the police came into action and took the incident seriously and immediately started investigation and have arrested 6 youths for performing stunts on a moving car.

The arrested youths have been identified as Mohammad Pinku Ali (22) of Dharapur and Mohammad Aqib Javed (21), Mohammad Riyaz Ahmed (20), Mohammad Ashiq Ali (25), Mohammad Aqib Ali (21) and Mohammad Shahid Ali (20) of Garigaon.

Investigation revealed that the vehicles used in the stunt were hired from travel agencies located at Six Mile and Uzanbazar. Both the cars have been seized. An FIR has been registered in the matter and the incident is being investigated.---------------
