New Delhi, May 29 (H.S.): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reaffirmed India's commitment to integrating Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PoK) into the nation, emphasizing that its integration depends on India's cultural, social, and economic prosperity. He noted that many residents of PoK feel connected to India, stating that only a minority has been misled. During the inauguration of the Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) annual business summit, Singh likened the plight of PoK residents to that of Shakti Singh, highlighting India's ethos of connecting hearts. He underscored that love, unity, and truth would facilitate PoK's return to India.

Addressing terrorism, Rajnath Singh asserted that Pakistan has learned the heavy costs associated with its support for terrorist activities, referencing India's revamped strategy during Operation 'Sindoor.' He stressed that future dialogues with Pakistan would focus exclusively on PoK. The operation demonstrated the success of the 'Make in India' initiative, vital for national security and prosperity, showcasing India's ability to disrupt enemy positions effectively.

Rajnath Singh further stressed India’s advancements in defense technologies, including artificial intelligence and cyber defense, pointing out that the country's defense sector is now integral to its progress. He noted that India is not just manufacturing weapons but is also poised for modern warfare, with domestic systems exhibiting impressive capabilities. The Defence Minister highlighted the government's efforts over the past decade, which have propelled India's defense sector to unprecedented heights.
