Delhi, 28 May (H.S.): Bhopal's Jamboree Ground will host a significant convention on May 31, featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the chief guest. This notable event stands out due to its complete management by women, covering every aspect from planning to security, emphasizing the theme 'Sindoori', which represents feminine strength and cultural identity. The convention honors the 300th birth anniversary of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, a respected Maratha queen, and aims to engage the BJP’s women voter base, aligning with the party's recent 'Operation Sindoor' initiative to mobilize female supporters in Madhya Pradesh.

Female leadership extends to security, overseen by Senior IPS officer Sonali Mishra, with over half of the 90 senior security officials being women. More than 1,500 women commandos and 3,000 personnel will ensure a secure venue, while women from Self Help Groups (SHGs) are also involved in organizing various event aspects. BJP is reaching out to over one lakh women with this initiative. PM Modi is expected to unveil metro projects and initiate other developments, while the Opposition criticizes the BJP for the timing amid unfulfilled schemes.
