Nagar/Gorakhpur, 26 Feb (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was seen active
from the morning on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the last bathing
festival of Mahakumbh. Like all the past Amrit Snan and Snan Parv, the Chief
Minister reached the control room at 4 am to see the arrangements. Due to his
stay in Gorakhpur, a control room was set up for him in Gorakhnath temple
itself, where he was seen monitoring every moment of the bathing festival. He
watched every feed of the devotees' bath live on TV and directed the top
officials from the control room itself. On the instructions of CM Yogi, all the
top officials were also seen alert and they also took charge from the morning
itself. Earlier, on the occasion of Basant Panchami and Magh Purnima Amrit
Snan, CM Yogi had also held a meeting with the officials in the war room since
morning and kept monitoring.
Active
monitoring of Chief Minister in control room: Maha Kumbh 2025 is to conclude on
Wednesday with Mahashivratri Amrit Snan. In such a situation, the Chief
Minister took stock of the entire situation in terms of security and
arrangements for this important event of Mahashivratri Snan Parv. In Gorakhpur,
he reached the control room at Gorakhnath temple in the morning and kept
monitoring the live feed of the bathing festival on TV. He gave strict instructions
to the administrative officials that the devotees should not face any kind of
inconvenience during the bath and all the arrangements should be kept in order.
He kept watching the live feed of the crowd of devotees, administrative
arrangements and facilities in the entire Prayagraj including Mahakumbh Nagar
on TV.
Instructions
given to officers: Yogi Adityanath directed the officials to ensure complete
security at all the ghats and make all necessary arrangements for the devotees.
Along with this, he also instructed to ensure the readiness of the
administration on this great festival of faith. The Chief Minister especially
focused on security arrangements and traffic management, so that crores of
devotees can get the benefit of bathing in Triveni Sangam without any problem.
