Replying to Hindusthan Samachar, he stated , It is the local DLF people who are responsible for this atrocity. We should not blame the Company as a whole. We should ensure that the barbarians who carried out this atrocity in the name of “pest control” are given the most severe punishment and the DLF people responsible are terminated for their illegal activities. He said that such kind of inhuman activities are a crime against animals under provision of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 and the Government of India has established the Animal Welfare Board of India to take necessary action against offenders.
