20 Dec (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in an important meeting on
Saturday, reviewed preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's arrival and
the inauguration of the newly constructed Rashtra Prerna Sthal on
December 25. He said that this gift, being presented to Lucknow by the Prime
Minister on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister
Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will become a symbol of national
consciousness, cultural heritage, and pride.
The
Chief Minister said that the statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pt.
Deendayal Upadhyay and Atal ji installed at the Rashtra Prerna Sthal will
inspire future generations to understand and imbibe the concept of national
unity, integral humanism and self-reliant India. He directed the officials that
keeping in mind the presence of the Prime Minister, all arrangements related to
security, traffic, protocol, hospitality and crowd management should be ensured
as per the highest standards and there should be no scope for negligence at any
level.
The
Chief Minister directed that the final touches, landscaping, gardens, museum
complex, amphitheater, and beautification of the roads at the Rashtra Prerna
Sthal be completed within the stipulated timeframe. He reviewed the
arrangements made for the more than two lakh people coming from across the
state: transportation, parking layout, bus route plan, control room, and
medical units, and said that responsible nodal officers should be designated
for each bus, parking block, and entry gate.
The
Chief Minister directed the police and administration to implement a
multi-layered security system along the VVIP route, helipad, venue, and public
meeting area, and to install clear signage for traffic diversions, parking, and
pedestrian routes. He also directed them to ensure coordination and timeliness
in all components of media management, reception arrangements, cultural
presentations, and protocol.
