Chennai, 17 December (H.S.) : In a shocking incident that has sparked widespread outrage, the Thoothukudi police have arrested three individuals, including two minors, in connection with the gang rape of a woman in front of her husband.

The horrific crime took place in a secluded area where the couple had reportedly gone to spend some time together.
