Bhubaneswar, 17 December (H.S.): The Department of School & Mass Education, Government of Odisha, has announced that it will conduct public grievance hearings every Monday to ensure timely and effective redressal of issues.

According to an official social media post by the department, grievance hearings will be held every Monday from 10:30 AM at the Department Conference Hall. In addition, similar public grievance hearings will also take place every Monday at all Directorates under the department.

The initiative aims to strengthen transparency, improve service delivery, and provide a structured platform for addressing public concerns related to school and mass education across the state.
