11 Dec (HS): Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, praised

Pranab Mukherjee's services to Indian democracy on his birth anniversary. Mukherjee, a former president and Bharat

Ratna laureate, filled important governmental positions and left an indelible

mark. He passed away on August 31, 2020,

after being born in 1935. On Pranab

Mukherjee's birth anniversary, he paid tribute to him, emphasizing the former

president's long-lasting effect on Indian democracy.

Adityanath commended Mukherjee on social media

for his simplicity and devotion to the nation's interests, calling these

virtues an invaluable asset to India's democratic fabric.

a post on X, he mentioned, “Humble tributes to former President, 'Bharat Ratna'
