New Delhi, October 3 (HS): The Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Rajya Sabha MP Aditya Sahu as the acting president of its Jharkhand unit.

In an official statement issued on Friday, the party confirmed that BJP national president J.P. Nadda approved Sahu’s elevation to the post. He replaces Ravindra Kumar Rai, and the appointment comes into effect immediately.
