Gold prices declined across domestic bullion markets during early trade on Thursday, while silver registered a marginal increase. Except for Chennai, gold prices fell by ₹1,950 to ₹2,130 per 10 grams across most bullion markets in the country. In Chennai, the yellow metal declined by ₹1,500 to ₹1,630 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver recorded a notional increase of ₹100 per kilogram.

Following the decline, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,43,120 and ₹1,44,540 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country. Similarly, 22-carat gold was priced between ₹1,31,190 and ₹1,32,490 per 10 grams. Silver, after the marginal rise, was trading at ₹2,44,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,270 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,31,340 per 10 grams. In the country's financial capital, Mumbai, 24-carat gold was selling at ₹1,43,120 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was available at ₹1,31,190 per 10 grams. In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,43,170 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,31,240 per 10 grams.

Among other major cities, 24-carat gold in Chennai was trading at ₹1,44,540 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,32,490 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,43,120 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,190 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,43,170 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was trading at ₹1,31,240 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was selling at ₹1,43,270 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,340 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,43,170 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was available at ₹1,31,240 per 10 grams. In Lucknow, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,270 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,340 per 10 grams.

Gold prices also declined in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha. In the capitals of these states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,120 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,31,190 per 10 grams.
