Lucknow, 05 July (HS): Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) leader Trilok
Tyagi indicated that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will compete in the
2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections as a unified front, emphasizing that the
alliance's strategy meeting sought to assure the state's continuing government.
Tyagi stated that all coalition partners are still committed to fighting the
elections together. Just as all political parties work together to form the government,
we must also work together to win the elections in 2027. The goal is to
re-establish the NDA; today's discussion is about that, he stated. The RLD
leader also stated that the coalition intends to fight all Assembly seats, and
that while various partners may use different electoral symbols, the overall
purpose remains the same.
The NDA is prepared to contest all seats, however election
symbols may differ by locality. RLD personnel are located from west to east. We
are broadening the RLD's scope of influence. Tyagi claimed that he is certain
that an NDA administration would be established in the state with the backing
of the RLD.
