
Prayagraj, 05 July (HS): Anwar Caterers organized a grand
welcome and felicitation ceremony for Lok Sabha MP Ujjwal Raman Singh in the
Kareli constituency. Area workers, social activists, YouTubers, influencers,
and local residents gave the MP a warm welcome. Around 18 people were honored
for their contributions in various fields. Addressing the gathering, MP Ujjwal
Raman Singh said that in order to form an India Alliance government in the 2027
assembly elections, party workers must strengthen their organization at the
booth level from now on. He urged party workers to go door-to-door to listen to
people's problems and disseminate the party's policies to the people.
Speaking to the media, the MP stated that the purpose of the
event in Kareli was to honor individuals active in various sectors of society
and to address public concerns. Expressing concern over the slow pace and poor
quality of the CM Grid Project in Kareli, he said he had spoken to the
Municipal Commissioner twice regarding this matter and that regular monitoring
of the project was necessary.
Describing Kareli's electricity system as a serious problem,
the MP raised demands for the construction of a new powerhouse, replacement of
power lines, capacity enhancement, and timely replacement of faulty
transformers. He also suggested installing a sluice gate on the Bakshi Dam to
permanently address the problem of waterlogging during the rainy season,
stating that a letter has also been sent to the District Magistrate in this
regard. A large number of dignitaries including business leader Syed Shahrukh,
youth leader Arish Siddiqui, Ahmed Nawaz, Fayaz Ahmed, Shahid Kamal Khan,
senior Samajwadi leader Babban Dubey, Advocate Tariq Anwar Ansari were present
in the program.
