Gold prices continued their downward trend in the domestic bullion market during early trading on Thursday, while silver rates remained unchanged. Due to the decline in prices, gold became cheaper by ₹600 to ₹660 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country.

Following the latest price movement, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,43,500 and ₹1,43,650 per 10 grams in major bullion markets. Similarly, 22-carat gold was being sold in the range of ₹1,31,540 to ₹1,31,690 per 10 grams. With no change in silver prices, the precious metal continued to trade at ₹2,34,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,43,650 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was trading at ₹1,31,690 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, the country's financial capital, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,43,500 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,540 per 10 grams.

In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,43,550 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,31,590 per 10 grams.

Apart from these major cities, Chennai recorded 24-carat gold prices at ₹1,43,500 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,540 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,500 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹1,31,540 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,43,550 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,590 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,43,650 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,31,690 per 10 grams. In Patna, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,550 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,31,590 per 10 grams. The bullion market in Lucknow recorded 24-carat gold prices at ₹1,43,650 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was trading at ₹1,31,690 per 10 grams.

Like other parts of the country, bullion markets in Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha also witnessed a decline in gold prices. In the capitals of these states — Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar — 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,43,500 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was available at ₹1,31,540 per 10 grams.
