Mainpuri gradually continuing on path of continuous

improvement, creating new standards for development and wealth: UP CM

Mainpuri, 26 July (HS): “In the sacred land graced by the blessings of Maya and

Sage Chyavan, in the Karhal and Mainpuri Assembly constituencies of Mainpuri

district, 111 development projects costing over Rs. 682 crore were inaugurated

and laid their foundation stones today. On this occasion, cheques sanction

letters, toolkits, house keys, laptops, and Ayushman cards were also

distributed to the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes. Under the

double-engine government, Mainpuri is steadily advancing on the path of

continuous progress, establishing new benchmarks for development and

prosperity. Heartiest congratulations to all beneficiaries and the residents of

the district,” mentioned Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in a post

on X, while inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for projects worth Rs.

682 crore in Mainpuri district on Sunday. On this occasion, 19 beneficiaries

were also benefited from various schemes. Attacking the previous Samajwadi

Party government, he listed his government's achievements in development, law

and order, and farmer welfare, stating that there are no riots now and

everything is fine under the double-engine government.

“No shortage of funds will be allowed for development works.

Now UP is no longer a sick state, it is a revenue surplus state. When we waived

the debts of our annadatta farmers, just as much happened in Gorakhpur as in

Etawah and Mainpuri—no discrimination at all. The late Mulayam Singh Ji had

taken a decision to establish the Rural Institute of Medical Sciences in

Saifai, Akhilesh Ji was also the Chief Minister for 5 years, and he didn't have

the leisure to take this forward. We people got the work done here of

completing a 500-bedded Super Speciality Block at a cost of Rs. 490 crore. Development

work is going on continuously. Now in Uttar Pradesh. No longer 'One

District-One Mafia', but rather 'One District-One Medical College',” he opined.

After receiving a warm welcome on stage, Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath addressed the gathering, saying, Today I have the privilege of

visiting India's historic and mythological land. I have the opportunity to pay

my respects to this sacred land. I have come here to gift 111 projects to the

people of Karhal and Mainpuri, and I express my gratitude to the people

here. At the event, Chief Minister Yogi said that yout brother is

concerned about the development of the entire district, including Karhal, and

brings development proposals.

Earlier, people were afraid to take the name of Mainpuri: Chief

Minister Yogi, while sharply attacking the previous SP government, said that

people used to be afraid of the name Mainpuri. The situation had deteriorated

so much that young people from Mainpuri couldn't even rent a room in hotels in

other cities. But this situation and identity crisis were created by the people

among you, and it has become a threat to the safety of daughters-in-law,

daughters, and businessmen. The Chief Minister said that earlier, people used

to send their daughters abroad to study. SP goons had made life miserable. It

was in Mainpuri that BJP leader Madan Chauhan was murdered by breaking into a

petrol pump. After coming to power, we resolved to free the state from the

gangster mafia. Today, there is no curfew or riot in Uttar Pradesh; everything

is fine. All festivals are being celebrated with joy.”

SP only likes its own family, not the public: Chief Minister

Yogi attacked the SP president fiercely without naming him. Taking a dig, Chief

Minister Yogi said that the previous Chief Minister used to wake up at 12, get

ready at 2, go to the gym at 5 and enjoy himself at 7. Earlier, when jobs were

advertised, a list would be prepared and the leaders would set out with bags to

collect the money. SP only cares about its own family, not the public. If

Mainpuri lags behind because of this, the state will also lag behind. But now

this is not the case in the double engine government. Youths are getting jobs

without paying any money.

Earlier, money was spent in the cemetery: Speaking directly

to the people of Mainpuri, the Chief Minister said, Today you see that

the Tourism and Culture Department is investing in temples. Previously, this

money was spent on graveyards. Previously, the Kanwar Yatra was stopped, but

today no one stops it. When the double-engine government came to power, we

promised that the Kanwar Yatra would now be celebrated with great pomp and

show. Now, no one can stop the Yatra. Today, I have the opportunity to present

to you projects worth Rs. 682 crore. The double-engine government has already

widened the Shikohabad Bhogaon Marg road with Rs. 292 crore. Today, a scheme to

provide clean drinking water is underway. There are many other schemes, including

an auditorium, that will benefit the people of both assembly

constituencies. Local BJP officials were present on this occasion.

They got the benefit - PM Housing Scheme (Rural): Shobha

Devi – Housing Approval Letter. Chief Minister Housing Scheme (Rural), Nisha

Devi – Key to the house. Uttar Pradesh National Rural Livelihood Mission
