Varanasi, 16 July (HS): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister

Keshav Prasad Maurya is on a visit to Varanasi on Thursday. He visited the

Bankati Hanuman Temple at Durgakund in Varanasi for a divine darshan, performed

puja and aarti, and then sat in the temple for a while to meditate. Speaking to

reporters on the occasion, he said, Akhilesh Yadav is a traitor to Ram

and Shiva. All his agendas are electoral. The public understands

everything.

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad said, I pray at

the feet of Lord Hanuman, the savior of all troubles, for the good health,

happiness, prosperity, and a happy life for all the people of the state. I see

a transformed Kashi in the present times. The Kashi that existed during the

Congress, SP, and BSP governments, and the Kashi that now exists under the BJP

government, have completely changed.

Maurya also criticized Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav. The Deputy

Chief Minister said that Akhilesh Yadav is a traitor to Ram and Shiva, and his

entire agenda is electoral. There's no need to pay attention to his words. The

public knows who fought for the Ram temple. When the time comes, the public

will give Akhilesh Yadav a befitting reply. MLA Saurabh Srivastava, former Mayor

Kaushalendra Singh, and several BJP workers were present on the occasion.
